Street Notes: Sticks and stones do break bones but in time they can heal. Words from the poisonous tongue however, can break a heart and the healing can sometimes take a lifetime. Trust comes by trusting in one’s words and actions. To be a light, we can’t just talk about light, we must shine forth as light. Where there is Light there is sincere warmth. ♥

Street Notes: The Yokes on Me. Looking at some of the relationships I once viewed as a “mess”, I have come to realize that each one had a blessing that I didn’t recognize at the time. I ask myself, what did I give, what did I take, what can I bring forth? At this present time the yoke is, it is I who must be an example for Love. ♥

Street Notes: It’s a life long lesson but it is true, ” For we brought nothing into the world and we take nothing out of it.” I ask myself, just when will you get off the hamster wheel of daily concerns? Though I know contentment is is godliness, I have far too many concerns for the frivolous. I know what I know, but I do what I know not to do. ♥

Street Notes: Funny how it goes; the more friends we might accumulate, the more lonely our world can be. There is nothing more precious than an intimate, truthful relationship with a friend that you feel is knitted to your own heart. People need people while we are here on earth and it takes time, trust, humility an…d communication to build worthwhile friendships. Above all is to be patient in love. ♥

Street Notes: Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Honor one another above yourselves…” So often we feel we don’t measure up and we compete for top spot. It’s good to know that if we have a ‘little mustard seed’ of faith that God has started a good work in us, so be glad and hang on …for the cleansing time of change… is not an easy ride. ♥

Street Notes: “I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.” Before Paul/Saul went on to eternal treasures he had a lot of work to do. God peels us like an onion with many tears along the way. As soon as we get some rest the quicker the darkness fights for first place. Faithfulness to finding the way, trut…h and Light will always bring a day of restoration. Be encouraged. ♥

It’s hard not to be possessive in love and sharing our love can leave us feeling a little insecure at times.
